Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup part skim ricotta cheese
- 2 Tbs canned pumpkin puree (not pumpkin pie filling)
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Perfect for the fall!
