Bunless Burgers
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef, 1/2 cup tomato juice, 1/2 cup Quaker Quick Oats (not instant), uncooked
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion, 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Combine well but do not over mix.
Shape to form 8 patties. Broil, grill or pan fry to desired doneness. Makes 6 to 8 hamburgers. Enjoy in a lettuce bun with Dijon mustard and low fat cheddar.
