Protein Egg Drop Soup
Ingredients
- 1 Scoop UNJURY Chicken Soup
- 1 Medium Egg
- 1 Cup Water
Instructions
1. First, whisk the egg in a bowl to mix and then set the bowl aside.
2. Heat the water in a mug in the microwave for 2 ½ minutes. Take the mug out of the microwave. Using a fork, add the beaten egg to the water slowly, constantly stirring.
3. When the egg has formed shreds, or ribbons, let the mug sit and cool to 140 degrees (checking with a kitchen thermometer). When the soup is 140 degrees or below, add 1 scoop of UNJURY Chicken Soup and whisk well.
