Kimberly recently had her 6 month follow up and she’s already down 76lbs!! She had the sleeve gastrectomy with Dr. Scarborough in February 2018 weighing in at 286lbs and today she is 210lbs. Kim attributes her weight loss success by eliminating sugar and bread, drinking lots of water, eating +90grams of protein every day. For exercise, Kim walks 30minutes 5x week. She walks so fast, now her kids try to keep up. By dropping from a BMI of 46 to 36, her diabetes, asthma and high blood pressure symptoms have greatly improved!
