My weight loss journey started on 8/10/2021 when I had my gastric sleeve done by Dr. Mehta. I’ve struggled with my weight my whole life & having three kids over seven years took a toll on my body. TLC & Dr. Mehta made the entire process very easy. I did have a few issues after my surgery, but that was to no fault of TLC or Dr. Mehta. I only mention it to reiterate how great Dr. Mehta is. He always had options of what we could try to get me back on track & feeling better. Once I got well, I’ve realized I’d never felt better!! I have plenty of energy to keep up with my kids. I’m 27, but now I feel like I’m 20 again! This surgery has most definitely saved my life & has given me my life back. I’m seven months out from surgery & have lost 92 lbs!! & I still keep losing! My husband also had this procedure with Dr. Mehta. His procedure was two weeks before mine & he’s lost 132 lbs!! We will be forever grateful for TLC & Dr. Mehta!! We both wish we would’ve had the surgery sooner!
